Las Chalupas Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

This was the WORST Mexican food I have EVER had. I am from Hawaii, land of crappy Mexican food, and this was still worse than anything I have ever tasted. I ordered the "supreme" quesadillas. They were so greasy that the fat was literally pouring out of the tortillas. I couldn't eat one of the quesadillas because the grease made it too soggy to even attempt. Another member of our party ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was literally tortilla, a little bit of cheese, and incredibly bland chicken. There were no onions or anything to make the flavor even remotely interesting. It was also incredibly ugly. The third person in our party ordered a combination plate which consisted of a taco, an enchilada, and a tostada. The taco meat was flavorless and the enchilada was also awful. The tostada was...well, it was so disgusting and strange looking that we actually had to ask the waiter what it was. We thought that perhaps there was some sort of mix-up. It looked like a tortilla buried in some sort of scary sausage gravy. I have never seen anything like it. The waiter assured us that it would be delicious. He lied. The food was fast and quick whenever we got to order. I feel like they were super understaffed which really isn't anybody's fault and I don't ever rank down for that right now. Our waitress was fantastic and did her best she was so busy I felt so bad for her. Luckily it seemed like most the patrons were very understanding. My only complaint was that it was so super loud they could have turned it down just a little bit, their waiters were having a hard time hearing people, and some of the music they had playing with so sharp it literally hurt people's ears people were covering their ears. When you see groups of people covering their ears you know that something isn't okay. We stayed for a very long time, their Margaritas were super on point. I can the staff was super friendly just so busy it wasn't funny. I want to make sure if they read this or their boss gets to see this you definitely need to give them a raise they did incredible. Will definitely be back. If anybody's wondering I got the quesadilla Mexicana exactly...

Oh, there's so much where do I begin. I placed a large take out order. I came went, I was the only one standing in from off the counter. No one acknowledged me being there. Three Hispanic groups of people came in maybe five minutes of me standing there. The staff immediately sat them looking past me. Again I stood There alone . Three mins. Past I then stopped a older female server cashing out her tickets. I told her if my being passed over. The, then said NO... and called me a liar. 15 mins later I received my order thanks to another gentleman. Now to the food. Everything we ordered tasted the same. Due to the excessive amount of cheese. I could only imaging what the taste might have been. This was a all around thoughts of those that are this mess. That was $65.00 wasted.
