I had my first experience going in to a store like this today after being nervous and worried about the stigma that often comes with sexual health/products forever... And all I can say is THANK YOU to the entire staff at this location!! Caitlyn, Athena, and Aiden all were so friendly and welcoming with absolutely ZERO judgements while helping me find what I was looking for (and much more!!). I can’t say enough about how much of a relief it was to be helped by people so professional and positive with something that’s usually so private. Last thing I’ll say is that however much those three get paid isn’t enough and they should all be promoted because regardless of the industry that was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back in the future because of their help and the shame-free shopping experience they provided. Thanks again and I’m looking forward to trying...

Looking for bridal lingerie of which they had none. Customer service was subpar to say the least. Big girl with a lot of makeup- so so rude. She followed me and my friend around the store pointedly fixing anything we touched. She sarcastically explained underwear sizing to me when I asked about it. They didn’t carry anything I wanted in a small or medium. When I gave her a budget for one item we were searching for, she made no attempt to help us find it. Never coming back. My sister had recommended this company, but later I learned she was at another location. Thankfully I can find most of these cheapo...

I have not been in a LL store since the late 90s when they had the cheesy commercials lol... But today I came to browse for a camisole and left with a half dozen of different goodies!   What an awesome array of products and I had two salesladies named Asteria and Brie. They really went out of their way to coach me on the latest and greatest trends in technology.  Even as an embarrassed older guy, I felt very comfortable discussing what I needed and the two were sooo professional...
