Pierogi Rig — Local services in Elk Grove Township

We booked the pierogi rig for our wedding in June and unfortunately they did not show up. My wedding planner confirmed with them the day before the wedding and they said they’d be there. On the day of our wedding when they were supposed be setting up, they weren’t there and when my wedding planner called them they said “what wedding” then said they’d be there in 30 minutes. They then called back 20 minutes later asking if we wanted them to come still because they would be another 30 minutes. Pierogi Rig has some of the best pierogi I’ve had, my family especially loves their kraut and mushroom and their sweet cheese pierogi. Whenever they are in Lakemoor/Lilly Lake we try to visit, once was on Easter Sunday. The (I’d assume) owner was still working because he forgot that he had booked the day and still continued to go out and work. I felt terrible for him, but also have immense respect for someone who still works on holidays like that. He also gave us a strawberry pierogi to try, which was greatly appreciated. We had Pierogi Rig out at our food truck rally this past weekend, and the first and service was beyond amazing! The Polish is HUGE, and the pierogis were too for for. I tried every one of the sweet pierogis and I couldn't choose a favorite, they were all good! Savory I had the spinach and farmers cheese which had the perfect mix she also did the bacon krat and potato where you could taste every bit of deliciousness.
