Please don’t purchase anything from this furniture place !! I had initially left a positive review based on the service I was given by Tony, a salesman he was great ! But i selected a dinning table , and when I received it , it was very different ! The quality of wood and the finish of the wood was not the same, it’s been about 2-3 weeks yes ! But we were out of town and as soon as we got back my mom noticed that the table they delivered wasn’t the same .... good thing we actually took pictures of what we had selected in store ! , I contacted the store right away spoke to MARY , I explained my concern .... and she told me please send the pictures you have , she never called me back after I sent her the photos I waited about 2 hours and decided to call her back, she said oh well you can come in store and select something different. I explained no Thankyou I actually would just like a refund , she replied , ‘no it’s been past 3 days, we can only do store credit , I actually did financing with them I shared that , she said well it’s been past 3 days .. I was very frustrated because yes it’s been past 3 days ,I was out of town, it hasn’t been 30 days ! And none of this should matter ! Because what I selected isn’t what I received !!, This made me very uncomfortable with how they went about things I asked her for a Corporate number and she said we don’t have one but I will give you their email , which then she gave me their store email .... please don’t waste ur hard earned money here , there’s so many furniture stores ! And I’m sure they don’t display one thing and give you another ... worst part is she said I showed my store manager and he said it’s poor lighting!!!!! What ??? Umm I’ll let u tell me if this looks like poor lighting !! I will post two photos of the dinning table ! Notice how shiny and glossy the wood is ! Compared to the other table that is Matt and dull ... poor lighting yea right .. you could of just gave me a refund allowed me to make the decision of selecting something else on my own ... but now I feel like this is a scam and fraud place of business .. now I am being forced to make another selection.. when I don’t feel comfortable with this place...

Entering the store feeling somewhat overwhelmed, I was greeted by Patrick, a sales representative who immediately made a positive impression with his friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist.

As I explored the store, I quickly identified several pieces that caught my interest. I had numerous questions and required specific measurements to ensure everything would fit in my space. Patrick was very patient and accommodating, never once making me feel like a burden. He seamlessly assisted both myself and other customers.

Upon finding a sectional couch I liked, I expressed concerns about how to configure a six-piece setup within my living area, and whether the delivery could occur within my tight timeframe. Patrick went above and beyond by helping me visualize different layout options to maximize my space. However, I soon learned that the desired couch was not available in their stock, which was disappointing.

Demonstrating exceptional customer service, Patrick communicated with other store locations to locate the couch and, after consulting his manager, confirmed that it could be delivered on time. This proactive approach left me feeling relieved and satisfied.

Thanks to Patrick's professionalism and dedication, I was not only able to secure the couch but also found a dining table I liked, which I added to my order. This experience reinforced the significance of quality customer service, and I left the store feeling grateful for the assistance I received. I plan to return for future purchases and will recommend this store to anyone in need...

Worst experience! Worst sales and customer service. This was our first time buying something there and the way they handled this I would give it 0 star if I could. Their sales person Qader will lie to you just to make a sale. He told us that we will be loaded by the warehouse. We had to hire someone to pickup the table and chairs which we purchased for $1200. Once the driver went to pickup ware house did not load him. The driver had to find pallets around the warehouse and load everything himself. He charges us $170 extra for all this. When we were purchasing we asked Qader 4-5 times if ware house will be loaded. He kept saying yes. I called Qader and he was extremely rude and changing his statement. Ofcourse! He made the sales now so customer does not matter. The table arrived and table top has damaged. I called customer service then try to report to the sales manager Shawn. He basically offered an exchange for the table but the table is not available till after December but no guarantee that they will actually stand by their words and bring us the table or ask us to pay and pickup ourself. I asked him ok and what can you do about the $170 extra I had to pay the driver and your sales person lying to us about getting loaded. He said I cant do anything about it its a hearsay thing so idk if my sales person is saying the truth or you are. Are you kidding me? This is their customer service. We ended up spending $270 extra with delivery and loading. They do not care about their customers and the way they talk to you they have...
