I’ve heard a lot about this place and was recommended by many of my Pakistani friends to try it and I was very disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would. First it’s in a run down unsafe area, parking was terrible. That’s just entering the lot. Walking into the restaurant…the glass doors were so dirty I was second guessing if I should even eat there. But we were hungry so we continued in. I’ve been to other Pakistani/Indian restaurants and most are beautifully decorated and look nice but this place was dingy and out dated but ok fine I was hoping the food would be good. We waited 25 minutes before the waiter came and took our order which was ridiculous since they weren’t even that busy. Then the food came another 40 minutes later which is outrageous for a restaurant. And the food was not as good as other places I’ve eaten at. The dishes we were give originally were dirty and we had to request new ones (silverware and glasses). How they are in business is beyond me. The staff were NOT welcoming or friendly they were chitchatting too much and on their phone and ignoring customers. The bathroom was disgusting. They need to be shut down because it just looks unsanitary just walking in with dirty...
Read moreI’m sooo lazy when it comes to reviewing places but this is worth it. Just moved out here and was looking for my new Indian food place to go. Saw this place a few times but got distracted by all the other places around and the price. Took me two times within 3 months to stop and just go in. I’ve been to a lot of Indian restaurants all around the bay and sac and loved them. Let me tell you though. Came here late on a Sunday, already had dinner but was still kinda wanting dessert or whatever. Was driving by with a friend and said What the hell and decided to do it. Started with the veggie thing looked like broccoli and it was good. I asked for white rice and they offered naan. I went down the line and it all just started to taste better and better. Butter chicken. Chicken tiki Marsala. Lamb curry this is my favorite and it was even better here. I have a friend who’s mom makes this really good. Some other curry and yogurt and that orange sticky stuff I guess chutney. It was all very very good! Very nice people running the place! It was soooooooo gooooooood. I had around 4 plates was wayyy past full and still wanted more it was sooo flavorful! Wow! Heaven! Love this place!...
