Target — Local services in Sacramento

Honestly if I could just leave a 5 star for Lina/Linda at register 9 I would! She's awesome, amazing, cheerful and so helpful! If every associate was half of her I would drive from West Sac just to shop here. Esperanza, at guest services, was the exact opposite. She was overal slightly rude to customers before me. When it was my term a dvd rung up $12.99 even though it was posted in the dvd section title and priced at $5. She didn't even offer to have anyone look she just said "sorry someone probably stuck it there" I stated there was more than one. Shrug. So when I decided I did want it she called someone in electronics and asked me to step aside. I did so nicely no problem. I heard it confirmed on the walker what I said was true (mind you I was really nice to her as I work retail and understand how it goes sometimes) the person said to honor it and apologize to the guest. I kid you not she didn't say a word to me just rung me up and handed me my change as if it was my fail that someone had marked them wrong. Someone needs some customer service...

I keep trying to give this specific target a chance due to it being the closest to my home but I can’t stand it here. The customer service is terrible most times I come. The first time, I was racially profiled by the security guard that assumed I was stealing due to having a box of diapers at the bottom of my cart. I couldn’t help but think it’s because I’m African American. A caucasian woman and man both walked out and he didn’t ask for their receipts. And today, I come with coupons for cans of milk for my premature child and Yesenia (I guess she’s supposed to be a manager or something) had terrible customer service. I come here all the time and use multiple coupons but today it’s magically a issue. Either the entire staff of cashiers need to be retrained or I was once again racially profiled. I’m sickened by the way I am treated here. These companies just don’t seem to care. They hire then promote any ole body and next thing you know, customers are leaving reviews like mine due to having repeat terrible experiences. Target, please do...

one of the best targets around. I shop here often. I ended up dumping walmart for target! most things are priced about the same as walmart. maybe a dollar or two more. but it beats quality overall! the store is always clean and arranged nicely. there is NEVER a crowd no matter what time of day or day of the month! the staff on floor could be a little more approachable. learn how to smile and greets customers. the cashiers seem like they dont care to work. I ignore them tho they dont ruin my experience. I get high off deals!! 10$ 5$ gift cards you can get for purchases with labels. on top of coupons. on top of 5% off everytime you shop! parking isnt bad. I seem to park in the same spot everytime I arrive!! one thing I should say too is the should work on gathering carts more frequently. gives outside of store a bad look but it looks great! inside is awesome! garbage cans needs to be dumped more often too they are always stuffed...
