Runnings — Local services in Elkhart

Went in here because it's a Farm store and sells farm and garden related items. My first time being in a Runnings so I asked for assistance in finding lime and potash. The associate over her radio asked the mgr Sarah if they had it and we're it may be found. Sarah quickly responded I have never heard of either items we don't have them . Now having basic common knowledge I know they probably did and I did find one of those items the lime. Well when I want to cash out I could see the mgr wasn't busy because she was on her phone and the store was almost empty . I asked to speak with her and tried to politely educate her about the inventory she should know about being a mgr and she instantly got a noticeable attitude! And I asked if we're possible to look up and item and if they had a system like most she said yes. I said can you and she said well I could and just looked at me with a very distruping smile on her face! At that point I just walked out I'll drive to a real farm store with knowledgeable and courteous employees.I bet this place will be closing down before too long!!!! I only gave them one star because it wouldn’t let me give it 0- So I call this morning as soon as they opened to make sure they had the feline vaccine single shot for my kitty because I have a friend who was coming into town from Michigan that breeds dogs and I literally trust him more than the sketchy vets in Elkhart. I speak to some woman who ASSURES me that they have plenty in the refrigerated unit up front but that she will go ahead and make sure to set one aside for me. I send my boyfriend up there to get it and SURPRISE THERES NONE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WASTING MY TIME I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A RUNNINGS FOR...

Decent hardware store. This place is tidy and everything is well kept; but they have limited options and their prices are inflated. If you compare their prices to other competitors, you’re getting taken advantage at runnings. I only go here since Home Depot is far and this place has Milwaukee. Stay clear from here unless you have coupons or else their prices will drive you mad.
