Watch out for the pharm tech with a complex (Laura). I pulled up, first (and LAST) time at Walgreens, to get a medication. When asked for my name, I gave it to them. Well apparently she couldn’t find me because it was my maiden name, I didn’t know that, I’ve been married for years. So apparently that’s where things went wrong? She got an attitude with me because she couldn’t use her words and I didn’t understand if there was an issue with my medication or my new insurance. Apparently it was my name and both of those things. Again, how was I suppose to know that, so then she snapped at me and slammed her phone down. Too which I could hear her being very unprofessional through the microphone and could tell she was going off by the looks and smiles from the two younger techs in the window. When she came back from her tangent, she told me they can’t fill the medication till Monday. This just isn’t a medication I can skip daily. I asked how I can get it today to which she went off on me. When I asked who her supervisor was, she told me it was Bryan (the pharmacist) who was, yes, standing behind her the entire time and not reprimanding his tech for speaking to customers the way she did. What a guy. This was a totally unprovoked, unprofessional and unnecessary reaction. I was simply asking questions on whether it was an insurance issue or a medication issue and apparently too many questions were asked (probably because I couldn’t hear you through your dingy microphone and you have the explanation skills of a toddler). Read moreGarbage service at this place. Prescription sent by doctor prior to 5:00. Called the pharmacy to see if it would be ready and they said to come at 6:15. Went at 6:25 and was told "It's not ready" to which I replied we were told it would be ready at 6:15. She then says "we've been really busy with everyone filling their prescriptions for the Super Bowl". I couldn't even wrap my head around that, but was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I Went back at 7:45 and it was still not filled. Then I was told it wasn't filled because they don't work with my insurance.... This is the first time I've ever gone to a Walgreens pharmacy, so they wouldn't have any insurance info that I know of. This place is worse than CVS and that's not...
