Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Elkhart

I'm not a huge fan of my father's pizza but I'm not going to I hate it either. I am however a fan of saving money where like apparently every business in America your pizza prices are too high. Your prices are too high therefore you are not a good business for me anyway but for yourselves as well. If you expanded your staff and size of establishment you could make more pizza therefore lowering the price a little will increase your sales and revenue and you feed more people because you deliver pizzas faster with less error. Then everyone is happy especially me because I would go to Boomerelli's Pizza in Elkhart Indiana. It is authentic Italian pizza for a few bucks less than my dad who like other businesses put their numbers over the care of their employees who basically give their lives for Johnny but also the customer who allows mi Padre to live above everyone else. I spoke to the friendliest manager Brianna on the phone tonight after calling about our pizza and turns out they are understaffed and that's why my delivery order time changed from 30 minutes to 80 to 90 minutes. I called and talked to Brianna and she was very polite, mind you I was never angry with her we just wanted our pizza sooner then an hour and a half.. Anyways I always recommend this location for delivery and carry out at every get together and it's usually very quick. I appreciate Brianna listening to my concerns and delivering my pizza right away within the original time limit on top of being extremely busy and understaffed. She is very very professional and polite even under extreme stress. I appreciate all the good work they do at this location and everything is always perfect. Thanks again Brianna. You are a great manager and if it were up to me she deserves a raise. And Edward the delivery driver was extremely great and showed up in record time with our order even when the roads were horrible and it's a blizzard outside! Highly recommend this location. My coworker ordered a few pizzas around 6pm. By 9pm, they had still not arrived. We called to ask if they were coming, and the manager started off by being understanding and we reordered the order at 9pm. By 10:45, still no delivery. So we called again to ask if they were coming or could find the place okay. They claimed that they delivered it, and that they talked to my coworker on the phone. Papa johns did not call them, contact them in any way, or deliver anything at all. We tried to explain that nothing was delivered and that we never got any calls. They began to refuse us service and told us to “just call back tomorrow” and hung up on us. So we called back again, and the employee told us “i don’t have time for this” and hung up on us again. So we called back AGAIN, and the employee began to mock us and tell us that we are being rude for asking where our order is.
