If I could give this business an extra star and make it 6, I would!!! My husband and I bought our "Special Place" at Timberline for us, our family and friends to enjoy in 2013. We shopped around for furniture and because of the excellent service we had from Phill and his lovely wife, we went no further! We have bought everything there since then. We have nothing but good things to say! We had a problem with a cushion on our couch and Without Hesitation, Phill ordered all new cushions. We picked out a rustic dining suite but there was not a China cabinet that would match. We chose one that was as close to table that we could find and Phill personally re-stained it to go with the table and chairs! Great job!! This year alone, many tragedys have happened in my life, including the loss of my husband of 52 years. Our "special place" received a horindus catrastofy and we had to replace our living room furniture Back to Cupp's I went and with much compassion for my loss, they set out to help me once again. Ordered new furniture and have been holding it for me for quite some time till contractor was ready for it to be delivered. Time has come, finally, and Cupp's, as usual was there to help me once again to have my furniture there in time for my 53rd anniversary in "our special place" a bittersweet time for me to ponder what a blessed life my family and I have had with my late husband. I tell you this because I want people to know that, yes, you have to order things, and yes, they don't always arrive when we want it to or might not fit in our schedule but one thing I do know about life is you have to be patient, things happen, things get delayed but if you strive to be a positive person, it usually works out. Cupp's furniture and staff will help you through it all and I for one am very thankful...

My fiance and I looked at every other furniture store in the area to find the best value for a large sectional or couch/recliner combination. Cupps has the widest selection, nicest products, and hands on service. Mr Cupp helped us to narrow down our choices to the best fit for our home and needs, and even suggested a table set and entertainment center that fill the vision of our new living room. Also, the financing is fair and not nearly as complicated as other stores in the area. It gives you the comfort of a family business instead of the feel that they just wanna sell you like many companies in this economy do. The men that delivered and set it up were very articulate and careful in doing so, even set up the electronic reclining systems for us too. We were both well pleased in the time and effort Mr Cupp put in to show he genuinely cares about his business and satisfaction of its customers....

Phil and Jaime Cupp are great and knowledgeable about the furniture, and they take the time to be helpful. I especially appreciate the large selection that can be purchased directly from the showroom and warehouse without having to order and wait months. I have just purchased my third living room set from this store in over 32 years. The quality is superior, and the pricing is reasonable. Delivery is prompt by friendly, professional staff.
