Elk Lanes Inc — Local services in Elkton

This is in response to the review by George Hughs 3 weeks ok. I was there the night this birthday party was there and the children where walking up the cat walk beside the alley they where runner throughout the lanes, they where throwing things and it is the responsibility of the workers to keep order in the lanes especially when the adults are not trying to keep control. As far as the child that was supposivly spank that was a lie the child was brought back to the set area because she was about to follow someone who was retrieving a ball from the lane so the child would not get hurt. As far as some of the adults of the party they should have had a better control on the party so other patrons could have enjoyed their night . I have been bowling at Elk Lanes for 14 years and have always found all the employees to be pleasant and helpful and would recommend any who wants a fun time to go...

Today I went to Elk Lanes to celebrate my nieces 7th birthday with her and a bunch of our family. We called ahead to make the reservation and they never said a word about the fact we were not allowed to bring a birthday cake so the ice cream cake that I bought for my niece melted in the car. Also, my brother in law's sister is in a wheelchair and Elk Lanes says they are not wheelchair accessible however it turns out, they are but there is only one ramp to use in order to get from the main floor to the bowling lanes and they only have one lane that they use for people that are in wheelchairs... luckily we were the only group with someone who is in a wheelchair....All in all, this place lacks in keeping anything updated online or anywhere really..I am very unimpressed and...

The older woman behind the cash register ELLA...gripped up a strangers kid by the arm then proceeded to spank the child. She was ignorant to almost everyone who approached her. the owner of the establishment then decided to curse out 3 children who apparently were on the wrong side of the bowling facility looking for a bathroom. This place is a nightmare and the staff is just terrible. Find another date night or family day elsewear. The lady behind the food counter (BILLY)was excellent and polite, and to her i give 5 stars along with her mozz sticks. I hope the owner comments on this with his lies and back petals. EVERYTHING I SAID IS TRUE AND HAPPENED IN...
