CVS — Local services in Elmwood Park

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. However, this review only relates to the pharmacists behind the counter, and not the nice cashiers that work in the front of the pharmacist. The pharmacist at this location are completely unprofessional and rude. Twice I've had issue attempting to pick up a new prescription from this place. They tell me they never receive the prescription from my doctors, yet my doctors are sending the prescriptions multiple times per day. Twice, I've had to leave work early or taken time out of my hectic day to fix their ineptitude with communicating with my doctors' office, because they either refuse to contact my doctor's office or simply leave them on hold and never pick up the phone. Every time I set foot in the pharmacy department, I see other individuals having the same complaints. I finally had enough, go to the Walgreen down the street. The service there was amazing and everyone was happy...

This cvs is horrible. Every time I go there they claim they never recieved a prescription. Then I have to wait on line to talk to a pharmacist and wala is there . Every visit is at least a half hour, sometimes over an hour. I'm not wasting my time. Last night I went there and they told me the prescription didn’t came , I had to call my doctor and he confirms that he send . I waited for a half hour and they didn’t make it ready. Already was 8 o clock and they closed . . I called the Dr and they said cvs recieved and confirmed it. While my son was sick and then tomorrow I went back at 1:30 bc I was working and they just closed again for lunch break , I had to wait till 2 again

If there would be a zero star that is what I would put. It was the manager his name was Rob Cvs locates on market st in Elmwood Park New Jersey. Very rude wouldn’t help with anything. The times were on sale he kept on scanning his little computer machine telling me u was wrong. So I finally went I got him the stickers that says exactly the the items were on sale. He still wanted to charge me the regular price. Was extremely rude insulted me in front of other costumers. That person shouldn’t be a manager or even work there very unprofessional. You can’t treat people like this. And that wasn’t my first time dealing with him. The other times I let it go but this time he. Really pushed it cursing at a job ??? And trying to charge me for the items the whole price after he got the stickers. Never again will I shop there he also always. Had a problem...
