Very friendly staff. I stopped to get my Hwy 50 Loneliest Road Survivor passport stamped, and staff were so excited to stamp my book and ask me about my travels. If you're participating in this fun road trip activity, then I highly recommend you stop here for your stamp. The excitement from staff make the entire experience so much more fun. They also gave me a cute bandana for my dog.

We were driving through Ely on Day 2 of our Route 50 journey eastward, and stopped to stretch our legs. We saw the the Chamber of Commerce had the Route 50 stamp/passport books, so we stopped in to check it out. We were warmly and enthusiastically greeted by Erica, who efficiently helped us stamp our book…and she offered a ton of suggestions to enjoy our stay in the area. We had lunch (and shakes) at the Economy Drug on her recommendation, and wandered about Town taking pictures of the wall murals, old buildings and the Hotel Nevada. She was so pleasant, helpful and friendly….a great asset to the community. Thanks so...

Many thanks to the girl working in the office. She shared the excitement with me in getting my NV HWY 50 "The Loneliest Road in America" stamped. Happily helped me find a place to eat some good food, told us about the train ride and other things to do in her town, and happily wished us on our way...
