Very upset, DO NOT BUY THE LABUBUS AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE!!!!!!! THEY ARE FAKE, REPLICAS! not genuine labubus. They look real, and I even asked the workers if they were and they said they didn’t know but people buy them all the time. So I spent about $100 on 3 of them, just to have an expert point out that they are fake. You can verify they are fake by the QR codes on the boxes. The owner knows this and is selling them anyways. Taking peoples hardworking money! If you’re going to sell replicas fine, but tell your employees so they can let customers know they are not genuine Labubus. I reached out via messenger to the owner and the stores page so they could make it right and got no response. So here I am warning others. Could’ve spent my money on real ones that I saved up money for and instead got knock offs that ALMOST look like the real...

Wish I could deduct stars. Have been coming here all my life and never been treated the way I and my sister and other customers were. All started because I made the mistake of asking a question and the guy working(said he was owner) flipped out on me. Another customer asked him to calm down and he told her to get her a* out the door. Went to return items after about an hour and calming down and was told "ok now you have your money get out and don't come back. Also I own all of the shops here so I get all of the money so don't shop there either." I asked which one he didn't so I could take my kids there to which a woman working there said "get your cheap a*es out and go to Walmart. Leave." was treated terrible....

I bought 3 pairs of sunglasses, 2 cheap kids glasses and one for myself that had a lifetime guarantee and 2 beach chairs. Before the end of the day my pair had broken while I was wearing them. I took them back and the young girl cashier was very nice and exchanged them for me. The next pair broke in the same place as the first pair, took them back today and the owner said he would not honor the guarantee because no one else has problems with glasses. Very rude and would not listen to anything. His best offer was to sell me another pair at half price. When I told him that wasn't good enough he said well goodbye then. Will not go back there...
