I’ve been looking for a good cocktail bar and Prizefighter was top tier. I went for a Tequila Tasting Event and the owners were very welcoming, personable and hospitable. The space is absolutely gorgeous to include outside seating . They have an impressive back bar and overall warm space. Cocktail menu with many options ; even craft Zero Proof and low ABV offerings. I had a Paloma which seems simple but don’t be fooled , technique, balance , citrus , sweetness, quality ingredients , pebble ice , a gentle swizzle plus a picture perfect garnish displayed precision in one beautiful glass. Lovely space with lovely people. Space can be great for a quick drink, small gathering or a date night. Awesome and convenient to have a nice, local and intimate bar in the area. Outside food AND pets are also welcome, a double bonus! The owners care a lot about booze and it's patrons; they have a wide selection of alcohol and a wide knowledge of it and that passion & enthusiasm shows.
