Maurices — Local services in Emmett Charter Township

I have been going to Battle Creek Maurice’s for years now, and I have never not been greeted or had to ask for a fitting room until my last visit on Saturday 2/24/18. The two ladies who were helping on the floor were too busy complaining about putting he displays together to ask me how I was doing or start me a room, one was event he manager and sitting on the display table as I had to approach her for help. The cashier was sweet and smiley, while the other two looked like they could care less to be there. The service here was absolutely horrible. First off I was not greeted when walking in. Then had picked out some clothing and walked to the fitting room. The rooms were very messy and clothes were everywhere. After waiting about 6 minutes to be put in one I finally just helped myself. I was going to walk to the register and saw that everyone was on their phones so I put my things back and left, without a “goodbye” or “have a nice day”. I will be going to Kalamazoo...

I love Maurices. Its my main shopping place and the only place aside from meijer that sells plus size clothes for young women. I was a little dissapointed with my last trip, because I wasnt sure if I could just go into a dressing room and I stood there for about 5 minutes and decided to leave instead.
