Drive thru is chaotic. Chick fil a is known for being precise however this location errors regularly. Tonight I repeated my drive thru order 2ce only to find they didn't include one of the items. He even asked me if I wanted it in a meal deal but we didn't because I didn't order a drink. I had to drive around, go inside (thinking that was the best and fastest route to resolution), wait in line again, and reorder the fries. I explained everything and stated I wasn't happy and that my shake was melting in in my car the 82 degree heat. There was no expediting the one order of fries, I waited an additional eight minutes, total of 20. I was told the good news is that there's a survey on the receipt. When I attempted the survey it wanted my age group, whether I owned or rented, and to know if I had insurance. I didn't bother to go any further. I planned on leaving my experience there in private but since the survey was a joke I'm leaving it here. This is not the first or second error. More training and better customer service is needed. Simply saying my pleasure is not enough. You're better than this chick fil a.
Update: A few days since the last order and I just went through the drive through again. Virtually the same order, only 4 items this time instead of 5. Ordered a plain crispy sandwich with no butter in the bun. Received pickles on the sandwich. Super disappointed. Called and they offered to remake it. Read moreI got there 25 minutes before closing, I accidentally went through the mobile order line without thinking, which is my fault, I tried to do the mobile app but on the app it said close due to weather, which I understand. I told the guy taking orders saying I accidentally took the wrong lane, he said to go forward and go back of the line which I didn’t mind, but the 3 cars that was a front of me has been sitting there for a bit was not moving and I didn’t want to reverse just in case a car was coming behind me, so I waited for almost 15 minutes, the order lane was without cars since there were about to close and I know the guy taking orders knew I was still there, and didn’t even bother to atleast attend to me, the last customer, knowing I couldn’t go to the back of the line at all. All I wanted was a large coke that’s all. Atleast the staff was nice but that’s just ridiculous. It part my fault but at least the guy could’ve taken my order. Hearing that they were out of Chikfil-a sauce was a big part of this review. Very bland even with honey mustard as a substitute. If I’m not mistaken, local grocery stores carry the signature sauce. Think outside the box managers! Fries were not good. Maybe cooked unevenly?!? Culver’s still has my tastebuds satisfied! If visiting this location and you want your meal quicker, do the mobile app order to buzz through inside. Exterior drive-thru will have your to the left lane for mobile pick up and right lane for onsite ordering.
