I just took my laptop to be looked at by Best Buy Geek Squad. I was given one answer over and over again no matter what question I asked and was cut off repeatedly. I asked to speak to someone else because this communication was not working. The employee told me to sit down, I said no thank you, and he turned around and told me again to sit down very rudely. It was disrespectful and I was shocked that it was done in a professional environment. After multiple requests to speak with manager, I finally did.
