Do not buy any items from them, especially jellycats. I recently bought Albee from them for my newborn and planned to give to his two cousins for Easter. Having a newborn, I didn’t get around to inspecting them immediately, and they have handwritten in ink on the tags the price of them. This ruins the value of them, especially for collectors, which Albee will go into my son’s collection. We are also reporting this to Jellycat, as they deface the product. They apparently do this in effort to stop resell? And they called me making sure I wasn’t prior, but yet still defaced them. We will not buy from them again, ever and will no longer be gifting these, as it is also just outright tacky to have a price tag on it. Terrible...
