Bird Rock Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Encinitas

Bird Rock Encinitas is hands-down our favorite coffee shop—truly the best coffee we’ve ever had! My husband and I used to live in California, and when we came back to visit, this was the very first stop we wanted to make. The quality of the coffee is unmatched, but what really makes Bird Rock special is the people.

Julian, the manager, is an incredible human being—he has such a gift for making people feel welcome, and seeing him always makes our day brighter. His whole team reflects that same kindness and warmth, creating such a positive and uplifting atmosphere.

We love Bird Rock Coffee Roasters and usually go to the Bird Rock or Little Italy locations, but while visiting friends in Encinitas, we decided to check out this location.

It is located in a very cute outdoor shopping mall, which has lots of parking spots and is very walkable.

My husband and I each got the mocha and chai, respectively, and we were not disappointed.

The service is great.

Definitely recommend spending some time around the area, you can walk up and down the main drag and there are lots of fun clothing and home...

I was so happy that Bird rock finally opened in Encinitas but after training it today I'm so disappointed. They don't have breakfast croissants and avocado toast. They don't have a plate for the cup. My plain croissant was over warming. It's a new place and I did expect that something can't be ready but I did also think that stuff should be very nice and helpful but they weren't.
