Not only did Roberto listen to me make a fuss and talk his ear off, he was pivotal in making this process extraordinarily seamless and easy for me. He was so patient and let me try out a multitude of different mattresses in my price range. He even stepped aside to give me a full three minutes to experience the mattress in its entirety to ensure it was one that I liked because “that is the best way to experience each one”. He also walked myself and the mattress out to the car and singlehandedly loaded it in, which i felt was extremely considerate. Needless to say, i will absolutely never get another mattress anywhere else.
