I want to buy a pink iPhone 16 my grandfather got sick in the store with me and my mom he’s diabetic so we left my phone there with my password and when I came back from Eaton Bob Evans with my grandpa and my mom getting his sugar under control, they sold me a white iPhone instead of a pink one picked out my case for me, put my screen protector on and all that Sold me a third-party block that burnt my hand melted my outlet. My phone won’t work. It drops cause it goes black. They don’t want to replace it. I’ve contacted the Ohio Attorney General’s office and my next move is bringing the new station there because I just had paid $4800 for new electric And that wasn’t the problem. I drove the phone to the iPhone store. They took a photo shoot of the phone my finger my outlet. I took all these pictures for them and they told me that it was cricket fault and they’re responsible for placing my phone paying for my finger and the damages to my property, but they won’t respond. They just keep passing you around. Highly wouldn’t recommend it. They sell knock off items that will catch your house on fire and burn you they still haven’t contacted me back or won’t answer my phone call. I explained to Bryce i was a former cricket customer but was with verizon now and that i wanted to bring my own device and number back to cricket. So he did the transaction, i paid. However he had forgotten to port my number back to cricket. He then spent a half hour doing everything he could with no success. I explained that if i couldnt keep my number i couldnt use cricket and asked for a refund. He tried but his computer would not populate that acct info. So i called customer service they said to return to the store the next day and get my refund. The next day i went back to the store. The manager ialready knew about it and agreed that i should get a full refund. He called distric manager Mike Roberts who basically denied the refumd and said take it up with corporate. 6 calls and 6 disconnects later here i am. $97.31 i paid them down the drain!
