On the 13th of Nov, 2024 around 11:30a.m. I needed to get about $2000 worth of supplies for some upgrades to my home and for the holidays. I walked in the store and was never greeted by the individual working in the front. He was an older gentleman with glasses and a beard. As I walked in, there was a Caucasian person behind me and he greeted that person right after I walked past him. I thought that was very rude and racist, but I just went and did my thing in the store for a minute. I needed to ask him a question and he was talking to someone about random things other than the store. I was in a slight hurry, so I politely said "excuse me I have a question." He totally ignored me and just kept talking to the other person about things other than the store. I went and tried to figure some things out for myself and eventually just said "you know what, I’m not gonna take this, I’ll go spend $2000 at another store." I can see why the parking lot is never full at this location. I will never come here ever again. I did not enlist, serve, and fight in the Armed Forces and become a veteran to deal with this ridiculousness in my home country. And I will be sure to let all my veteran friends know not to come here. I literally felt like my ancestors did in the...
Read moreI placed my order online via their app last night. I get messages that my order was received and then today I see that my order is ready for curbside pick up. I get 36 lbs of Paws & Claws dry cat food for my outdoor cats for $20. I’m so appreciative of Tractor Supply having curbside service. I’ve been shopping here since pre-pandemic. I also ordered a new doormat to replace the sad frayed one out front. Zingz & Thingz have the cutest economical doormats on sale. It is being shipped from the Indianapolis warehouse and should arrive by May 10 if not sooner. Again I will pick it up at the store via curbside pick up. Next to curbside pick up was the most beautiful selection of potted hanging flowering plants. So many color varieties. Gonna try to hint to my kids that Mother’s Day...
Read moreShowed up 30 minutes to close - called before arriving to ensure we could get propane filled. Was told we can get propane filled until they close. Showed up and all registers were already shut down and was told they never spoke to us and they close propane 30 minutes before close. Checked phone number - called right store so we definitely spoke with someone there. Not sure why all registers are closed before they close either. How can people check out? Definitely ridiculous and the lady was extremely rude about the propane. Maybe make sure all your employees know your propane hours and don’t close your registers 30 minutes...
