Games are great, the store is great; they have old, new, pre-used and everything you need. I'm giving 4 stars out of the maximum of 5 this evening due to a slight inconvenience. Gamestop corporate, we must make absolutely sure we give all employees the proper training needed to effectively ID all persons purchasing games rated M and up at each of our stores across these United States of America; because as we all know the employee verification of ID for all rated M rated video games is crucial to the corporate success of this business. This goes for EVERY.SINGLE.M RATED.PURCHASE. We must not fail at our duties! If we miss one ID check of a customer we have failed at completing, arguably one of THE most important parts of our job. Coming from a slightly frustrated home owner, with a mustache, a beard, a job, 3 cars, a dog, 2 cats, a cat tree, a lawn mower and a wife. I had a bit of down time to express my thoughts while playing my M rated video game during my load time ;). Don't forget proof of ID folks! Enjoy your efficient game...

The man who helped us showed us the deals throughout the store and helped us find the games we were looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find a website on my phone to view backwards compatibility for our system. He went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service! I have been a long time customer of this store and have always received this type of service! Management should be incredibly proud of the store associates and the value they bring to the shopping experience! However, when two white customers entered shortly after, they were promptly greeted and treated like valued guests. The stark contrast in service was impossible to overlook and suggests either blatant neglect or outright discrimination. This kind of behavior is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the business. I expected professionalism and basic courtesy—instead, I received indifference and what felt like deliberate exclusion.
