We Ordered a Family Sized Pot Roast with 2 Sides. We got 1side of Green Beans & Ham and the 2 side was Carrots. We a Loaf of Banana Bread, and a Half Gallon of Sweet Tea. When we Got our Food the Roast had More onions than the Pot Roast and no Carrot in the pot Roast. Our Side of Carrots was Hard. When we called to let them know about our Order. They was only willing to give us the side of Carrots cause the pot Roast was ate. But we ordered before they was closing and it was my Mothers Birthday. We was hungry and we drive from Hoke rd to Trotwood at the Nursing Home. What was we Suppose to Do not Eat Dinner with My Mother on her Birthday.! I spent $60 on that Meal. For them to not remake that order for us. We wasnât asking for a refund, but only for them to remake the order for us. We will Never Order there again, only cause if we get a wrong order again they will not make their customers happy. That was so wrong and how we was treated like we didnât know what goes in the pot roast. I told them we knew onions go in the pot roast and we didnât even get carrots in the pot roast either.    Read moreArrived at 5:30pm on a Thursday⌠no one greeted us right away, a cook came out after a few minutes to let us know itâd be 5-10 before weâd get seated as there was another waitress showing up soon and the other waitress was already âboggedâ down⌠no big deal, we can wait a little bit⌠noticed there were about 5 total tables filled though⌠got seated, got taken care of by an excellent waitress who was very kind & did a great job⌠however we waited 35-40 minutes on our food, from the time we placed the order. I donât know the situation but itâs evident there is a staffing situation. BUT ALSO, make sure your Dine-in customers are taken care of, then your carry out orders, not the other way around. We was told the kitchen was backed up, so by the very small amount of dine-in customers in addition to ourselves I presume that carry-out orders were creating the backlog. Hoping a Bob Evans manager sees this and finds a solution. This isnât the first restaurant that has mismanaged carry out & dine in orders.    Read moreWent to this Bob Evans with my family to celebrate a special occasion, calling 3 hours in advanced. My family (party of 12), were sat down at a reasonable time frame, however we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for our drinks to come out.
From there we had waited an additional 30 minutes for the bread/appetizers to be served. Half of my family ended up leaving at this time, they had young kids that were getting restless and hungry waiting for their food.
By the time our main course finally came out, we had been seated at the table for 90 minutes. My former party of 12 and I, got to witness people being sat at their tables AFTER us and getting their full course meals, paying their bills, and going home.
This Bob Evans is very inefficient at serving larger parties, and need to work on allocating resources for said larger parties, especially when called ahead of time, as I did.
