I have visited this restaurant on 3 different occasions and only eaten here once out of those. I have chosen to walk out twice because of the staff being rude, unmannered and lazy. I never complain as I’ve worked for subway when I was a teenager so I’m usually pretty lenient. The first occasion I walked into the restaurant and I always get the club (they’re discontinued now and that’s just fine) they worker tells me “that’s why they’re not on the menu if you’d read” I’m not sure I know anyone who looks at a menu when ordering subway? Second occurrence, I went inside I’m ordering a steak and cheese sandwhich the worker actually rolls their eyes at me when I say I don’t want it toasted. Then now today I walk-in to order and the lady is just eating in the front of the store I guess I interrupted her. I ask do they have any soup and she says “NO” and I said “you don’t have any soup?” She says “I haven’t made any today”. I started to go in and check out the meats before I committed to having a sub made just because of the cross contamination I was witnessing to see if it was worth eating. Come back a month later to see if they had fixed the issue and if it was worth eating at only to see they now put up a screen so that customers can't see the food before they ask for it to be made.
