Oh my God!!!! This place is amazing; I literally had to force myself to leave without buying the whole store! HUGE selection of glass and every and anything you could want/need for this type of store. Anthony helped me. I just went in there for a torch and screens but wish I'd bought my piece there!! He recommended a type of torch, but after he brought out 3 options because I told him I didn't want to break the bank. He even showed me what colors there were, recommended the butane that I should get-and told me to make sure it was that type/grade or it could damage the torch, as well as how to take care of my torch so I don't hurt/break it. He filled it up for me and filled out the lifetime warranty on the starter for me. Even though the starter is the only thing covered by the warranty, he told me to bring it in if I have any other issues with it-they're very much willing to work with you. Not at ANY point did he try to sell me anything I didn't need and even showed me all my options for the few different items I looked at. I wanted to buy more but just spent too much other places to purchase what I wanted. I took longer than I expected, because I was looking at all the things I wanted, yet not even once did I feel unwelcome or like I was wasting his time! I felt welcomed and my beginner-type questions were taken & answered seriously and without judgement! I'm SO extremely happy with the suggested torch I bought!! It was EXACTLY what I was in need of and lack of it was why my piece wasn't working. I WILL be returning and I HIGHLY recommend this store for beginners, because they know what they're talking about and won't push you towards anything you don't want/need just for the money. Fair prices, high quality items, and bonus; they're open later than any other vape shop I know. Kratom is priced DOUBLE! I usually purchase my Kratom online via Sabai or Valkyrie but I run out from time to time and have to rely on local shops. Mile High Pipe and Tobacco in Highlands Ranch sells Kratom closest to market value and Headed West will charge you double. I pay $12 for 1 oz. of same brand at Mile High and an astounding $24.95 at Headed West for the Remarkable Herbs brand. I tried letting the associate know at HW earlier today (for my second time) of the huge gap in price but I don’t think she believed me or cared frankly. She possibly felt offended , which can be understood, but was very condescending and dismissive even though I was very respectful- so I took a picture of the bags when I arrived home for proof. MH was closed today unfortunately, so I bought from HW out of desperation and would gladly buy there the rest of the time if their prices weren’t INSANE. I am, however, in the process of letting their manager know of the situation (prices) since I doubt the associate will be relaying the information which would actually be beneficial.

Follow up: Management did get back to me quickly and took my suggestion/ complaint seriously and most importantly, respectfully. I’m not sure if they fixed their pricing issue but I feel better that they are aware of the problem and hope they do fix it so that I can visit again...

Been here a few times, never been this let down. Came in late last night to buy a 14mm bowl, waited patiently for the customer in front of my to finished his credit card transaction. Cool. Now I’m finishing my transaction and I don’t have enough cash so I go to use my card, immediately asked to see my ID to make sure the card is mine, it had my wife’s name and it so he wouldn’t let me purchase. Again cool you’re just doing your job, but why didn’t you do the same to the guy in front of me? Whatever no big deal, I go home and send my wife in to get the piece. She gets there and the guy drops the piece of the ground, shrugs it off and says “should be cool!” 12 hours later the wife picks up the new bowl and it comes apart at the base. She takes it back to try to maybe trade it out Seeing that they had loads of the same piece, and it was kind of the employees fault, but they would allow that seeing that it had already been used once(because that’s as long as it lasted) Needless to say we have learned our lesson, if you like headed west may I recommend their Denver location, loads better. The Denver employees even told us not to visit the Littleton location. If you come here for papers and wraps there is a tobacco shop right down the road a couple minutes that can take care of...
