AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! If I could give no stars I would. Let me share my experience. May 22nd I walk into Lincoln of Englewood with a specific certified Corsair they have advertised on their website in mind. When I walk in I observe the receptionist being very nasty with a customer. I walk over to one of their display cars and sit in it waiting for one of the sales people standing by to help me. After about 10 minutes sitting in the car the receptionist came over and asked me what I was looking for. When I told him I wanted to test drive (specific certain) car he kindly let me know he would get a sales person to help me. 5 minutes later a saleswoman names Jiomary came up to me, took the stock number of the car, and said she would have it pulled out so I could drive it. 10 minutes goes by and she comes back saying "sorry the car is in the garage currently being certified can you come back later to test drive it" (the car is on their website listed as certified) I said it's my birthday I'm a little busy and I'm not from the area but go ahead and take my number and call me. If I could maybe come back on the weekend I will. She wrote my number on a post it note, never gave me a business card and walked away. I never received a call back. 2 days later I figured I would just inquire about it online. I was called back immediately by the internet sales person Melanie. I explained to her I was there 2 days ago, looking to test drive the car I was looking for and I was told it wasn't available and I never got a call one way or the other saying when it was available. She checked the stock and called me back telling me it was available. I said I would call her Friday to see if it was still available and I would come down sat and take a test drive. I did just that and said i would arrive saturday at noon. When I arrived on Saturday I walked through the door to see Jiomary standing at the front desk who looked shocked to see me and immediately recognized me and said "I'm soooo sorry I didn't call you back I lost the post-it with your number on it and by the way THAT CAR WAS SO DAMAGED WE SOLD IT WHOLESALE!" without even saying anything the lady behind the counter pops her head up, looks at Jiomary and says "wait this is your customer?" I looked over and introduced myself to her. She was Melanie. Jiomary disappeared into thin air never to be seen again. I asked Melanie "ok what is going on here?" She explained the car I inquired about was there, I reiterated the stock number to her and she remarked "oh it's a different one (we talked about this one over the phone) they kind of look the same let me just make sure.....yeah yeah it's here" I give her my license and I'm ready for a test drive. About 5 minutes goes by and I see her walking around talking to people in the showroom. I made a comment to my wife that I guarantee the car is not here. Sure enough, Melanie comes back and says "yeah sorry so that car was damaged beyond repair and it's not here." I immediately took my license back and got out of there. Clearly this dealership has NO IDEA what they're doing and they have no respect for customers and their time. I would avoid this dealership at all costs because to me they look like a bunch of incompetent shady folks who couldn't care less about customers. 0/10 stars. Shame on Prestige and Lincoln for having these people around. They make the car buying experience miserable.

Read moreThe Lincoln brand has always been a favorite of mine and when the lease term was up for my non-Lincoln vehicle, I wanted to check the 2024 Nautilus out. There was a litany of promotional activity for the completely redesigned and reimagined truck so I had to check it out. Wow, was my first reaction and the number of standard creature-comforts is quite impressive at this price point. So after going to another closer dealer, we were given a Nautilus overview and my decision to pursue this vehicle was set, but given it was a new vehicle I new the residual might be lower and the financing for purchase or lease would not be in my favor with no manufacturer incentives that I knew of. Typically with redesigns this is the case.
So we wound up staying a little longer at this 'other' dealership and although the Lincoln consultant was cordial, etc, their pricing did not align, but nonetheless this was the beginning of the purchasing process.
So I called another dealer, gave them the background and said I'm prepared to entertain offers and requested pricing. They got back to me later on and it was significantly better, seriously better where I was ready to schedule a visit.
So my wife suggested I give Lincoln of Englewood a try. Seriously, what did I have to lose? So I called, left my information and was told a team member would reach out to me. Later that day I received a call from Mike. Mike provided some initial details and I informed him on what I've done thus far and said I have reasonable pricing in hand, but was (obviously) looking for the best deal possible. Mike was professional, patient, cordial, accommodating, listened, didn't rush me and simply presented a no pressure scenario. There was absolutely no hard sales call here. When I told him I wasn't able to come in on Friday, I was concerned the car (the color and trim level/package I was looking for as they had it in stock) might be purchased, that's when he brought his manager Erick in. Again, the same persona. No pressure just a relaxed conversation and they put a courtesy hold on the car till Saturday. So on Saturday we came in, took a test drive and when it came to pricing they offered a better offer than their initial pricing over the phone which was already super fair. Once again, they even said we respect this is a big decision so if you want sleep on it and connect with us on Monday if that works better for you, we're fine with that too. Seriously, other than giving the car away for free, Mike and Erick couldn't have been more accommodating. Ultimately, I wanted the truck and they did everything in my opinion they could to earn my business. What's even more amazing, is Lincoln Financial Services is extremely fair on their credit tiers which compared to other car brands that can't even be placed in the same light as a Lincoln is simply hard to believe.
So follow the process that's comfortable for you, test drive thr car, ensure it's the car for you, shop around and then go to Mike at Lincoln of Englewood and experience exceptional customer service and an exceptional sales experience. Let them earn your business and feel confident they will do everything to get you into the Lincoln vehicle you want so you to can become part of the Lincoln of...
Read moreThis will be another one of those reviews where they deserve ZERO stars. Leasing experience went smooth. We leased a “new” Corsair. (It was a car that was used by the Service Department called Exchange By Lincoln. While this dealership states it is new, Lincoln the company classifies it as used.) Six hours after we bring the car home it becomes almost undriveable. Problem is, it is 6pm on a Saturday night. Ironically enough, I received an email from the GM Matthew Haiken congratulating us on our new car a few hours earlier. I replied to him and told him of our problem. He didn’t bother to email back or call. I worked with my salesperson on Monday and he worked with the Service Dept. Two days later they bring a loaner for us and take the Corsair back to the Service Dept. They had the Corsair for three weeks and were unable to replicate the issue even though I provided them with photos of every error. They stated they had never seen those errors although they appear in one of the reviews for Lincoln of Englewood. They ultimately reset the computer on the car, because basically cars these days “are computers on wheels”. That was what the Service Manager told us. At the end of the three weeks, I pick the car up and we drive it for about 3 weeks and then we get a Check Engine light that there is an issue with the capless gas cap and they need to order a part. It takes 3 weeks for this repair. It should be noted that I emailed the General Manager again asking for him to call me and he ignored my request. Beyond unprofessional for a General Manager. After numerous exchanges with Lincoln Customer Service (not the dealership), I finally hear from the General Manager. At this point, there is nothing to speak about. They wont take the car back. During the time the Service Department had my car, I researched that Lincoln of Englewood offers a 14 day/1000 mile return on used cars they sell. We asked the Sales and Finance Manager to swap out the cars. We liked the Corsair, we just don’t feel safe driving the one they leased us. When you get error messages showing ABS failure and you lose power steering it is obvious why I didn’t feel safe. Problem is, Lincoln of Englewood considers this a new car even thought it had 1500 miles of use as a service loaner. So they will not accept a swap and we are stuck with this car. At this point, our “new” car had been in the service department longer than we had the car. After finally getting the car back, we hear an air leak in the windshield. Back to the dealership the car goes for another two weeks while the repair the windshield. And now, while waiting to pick my daughter up, all the original errors from late June come back. Anti-lock brake failure, cross traffic faults, blind spot faults, etc. Only 33 more months until we can give that car back to the dealership. I am sure there will be more updates.
Bottom line, don’t go to a dealership that doesn’t stand behind their product.
UPDATE: Lincoln has agreed to buy back our Corsair. And now I find out Lincoln of Englewood will not host the buy back of the Corsair. It seems they don't want to admit...
