Disgraceful. I’ve been a Walgreens customer for 20+ Years when I lived in Robbinsville and North Brunswick. I moved to Englishtown with my family in January. Always a fan, never a problem. This one is another story. Every time I go, there 4-5 cars deep in line at the drive through and if you give up and go inside, the line is even worse.
My latest issue…My wife had an antibiotic called in from her Dr for an eye infection Tuesday morning at 10 am after her appointment. She’s a stopped by Walgreens around 4pm, they hadn’t filled it yet. They finally filled it yesterday, Wednesday, 26 hours later. I ran out on my lunch break to pick it up for her. Drive up..5 cars deep and not moving. I go inside, 10 people deep fry wiring in line. An elderly woman in front of me was in tears over the line. I had to leave as I had a 1:00 work call. . Finally picked it up last night at 6:00 after waiting 20 minutes at the dive through
The pharmacy employees are extremely rude, under staffed and slow. My wife called to talk to the pharmacist and she couldn’t have been any less empathetic. Basically, “we’ll fill it when we get to it” attitude. Again, antibiotic for an infection. Not some maintenance drug. I will never go back. There’s a CVS just around the corner, maybe I’ll have better...
Read moreThis is my opinion and would take it with grain or salt. The customer service here is terrible, I made an appointment for COVID booster at 2pm. I came in earlier just to prefill paperwork and or any insurance needs. I waited for 30 min, figured I follow up on the appointment. The pharmisist associate Robert made a comment "You only been here for 2 min. You can sit back down and wait your turn." There where no one on the que line. I can't believe Walgreens would hire an associate who say such things to customers when I waited longer to get s simple boaster shot. Robert associates and staff did not even address the issue of why I had to wait longer when on of the female associates refused to process my information prior. Safe to say definitely not worth the trip to this particular store.
FYI manager apologizing will not help customer satisfaction when the associates are the 1's making sly comments and definitely nothing will be done to address the culture and...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I called in advance to see if my scipt was getting ready as I didn’t see it on the app. I was on hold for 20 mins and then hung up on and no one even said Hi please hold. I then came in and there where two customers at the counter being helped. Two other techs in the back and the pharmacist. Wait time 30 mins more than ten customers in the line. I went to the front to ask for a DH or a shift lead to help in the pharmacy. The shift lead came to the pharmacy on her phone and instead of helping the line she went to the back of the pharmacy where she continued to be on the phone. I transferred out of this pharmacy a while ago and this is why. They act as if they are so busy but in reality they don’t know what they are doing. I get all my scripts at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy at the RWJ Somerset Hospital in Somerville. They are amazing they ship all of my prescriptions at once and then ship them next day no...
