Whoever owns this place should be firing your SO CALLED āMANAGERā MICHELLE. stood in the drive through line for 25 min. I placed an order online. Ordered a vape..simply realized I ordered the sativa instead of indica. I told the guy Iām so sorry I made a mistake can you just swap it. He said no problem. Just to come back to me and say āmy manager says i canāt do thatā ā¦i said itās the identical thing I ordered, just indica. Same brand. same vape. He said my manager said you have to replace the order. WHILE HES TALKING TO ME, i already managed to replace the order. Just for Michelle and some other nasty multi colored haired girl to start actually throwing their hands in the air yelling at me through the glass to get out of there and leave. There was a line of 5 cars behind me. Way to help a paying customer. This was literally the most ridiculous experience. IDK WHO MADE MICHELLE MANAGER BUT YOU BETTER RE THINK THAT BECAUSE IVE NEVER HAD A SUPPOSED āmanagerā BE SOOOO NASTY. And i was told sheās normally like that. way to represent a business girlfriend. Which in fact actually did defeat the whole purpose of my choosing a dispensary. Friendly staff, yes, although I took a suggestion at my own peril. Lavender & vanilla are 2 words that should have been red lights for me. Perfectly fine for candles, not quite for vaping cannabis. Not the associates fault, totally on me. The prices were a bit steep. It seems for fernwood to comply with the maze of NJ legislation they have to package their cartridge in $25 worth of glossy cardboard so they can display all the legislative microprint. Canāt wait to run back this afternoon to spend another $70 on a cart that should cost maybe $35 at best. Why canāt I wait to go bask you ask? Well because the large, clean, well-lit building staffed by friendly associates is indeed dispensing cannabis. The same cannabis that has had me in & out of poverty & prison for 20 years. Ā Ā Ā Read moreresponse to your reply - please don't respond with a lie, i called first april 28th @ 12:10p & a female answered. i had a specific question before making the hour drive & she said it was "too busy to check" if you have no record of this transaction, that is concerning. the gentleman that did the transaction was very apologetic. the behavior of that one employee was not providing good customer service. i also reached out by email, hope to hear from you soon.
whoever answered the phone/person at the front desk had an attitude problem, not helpful at all. called to ask a question about a product and they refused to help me said they were too busy. did come in & purchase flower but never again, one of the worst experiences in nj. they really need to work on...
