I order take out for delivery. I gave them my phone number, and from past orders my information was in the system. They confirmed that the information was correct and then I placed my order.I placed an order for General Tso's chicken combo with white rice along with beef on a stick. The female order taker repeated my order back to me and I confirmed it was correct. So far so good until the order came, witch did not take long from time of order. When I opened the container I quickly found out that what I order was not what I was sent. Instead of sending me General Tso's Chicken I was sent Chicken and Broccoli and beef on a stick. I called Sultan Wok back and told them what had happened. Before I could even finish telling the gentlemen what had happened he went straight into a state of denial about making a mistake. I told him that i did not order chicken and broccoli and that there was someone standing right next to me when I did place my order and heard what I said. In addition I told him that him that the lady that took my order orginally even repeated it back to me and said General Tso's Chicken. The guy continued to say no I did not order General's Chicken and that I was lying. The gentleman was rude and non pleasant to speak with. Finally he said that he would send out General Tso's chicken, but it would cost me more then what I paid for. What ever happen to service recovery? Why do I have to pay for their mistake!!! Poor customer service and horrific service recovery!! I will never order food from Sultan Wok again and I will remove all their menus from our hotel and will never recommend them again to any of...

We order from Sultan Wok, Englishtown quite often & have never had a bad meal!! You can call in & place your order, or for your convenience, order online. They also offer walk-in. The staff has always been friendly, and delivery is quick. They have a nice selection of dinner combination platters, as well as MANY other choices to please the whole family. They offer gluten free & diet options as well. Their boneless ribs are my go to – so meaty & delicious!! Their sushi – FRESH! Their portions are generous with a good combination ratio (hope that makes sense.) It’s always been delivered hot, to a point where it still has to cool down, but that’s okay because it gives you time to eat your appetizers. We’ve never had a salty dish from them, not to mention that you can order your dish with any special requests. This place is always busy, but I like that because it means their food is always fresh! We’ve ordered from them for YEARS & they’re reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying them at least once, but beware – your family will be hooked!

I have been ordering from here for years since I grew up in the area, and it's been good. I don't live here anymore, but sometimes order when I visit. I was excited for ordering tonight. I ordered S.6 seafood pan fried noodles. I've had this at other restaurants and liked it.

I paid $18 for soggy noodles, tough frozen seafood, and artificial crab in a gelatinous white sauce that made it completely inedible. I am not a picky eater, but I could not even eat this. I called them to complain, and explained the problem. The woman on the phone told me that if I wanted crispy noodles I should have asked for sauce on the side!

The description from the menu says "Lobster Meat, Jumbo Shrimp, Scallop, Crab Cake, And Mixed W/ Chinese Vegs. Served Over Crispy Fried Noodles"

My family and I have patronized this restaurant for years, in Englishtown and Eatontown locations. Although we have had fine experiences in the past, we will never patronize Sultan Wok again. We look forward to giving our money to businesses that care about their customers'...
