After getting ripped off by Ruuted right down the street I decided to take myself to Scarlett reserve, thinking I was going to get something better. But it only got worse. These dispensaries are garbage. No bud has taste or smell. Bought their best strain “ gunpowder milkshake”. It was god awful. These places know they can do better.
