Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Enid

Talk about a roller coaster of emotions here. So I’m here in Enid for work, haven’t had Papa Johns in a while and I was craving it. I generally prefer Dominos but I was craving Papa Johns tonight. My last two experiences (one in OKC the other in League City, TX) were less than one star experiences, so I wanted to give it one more shot. I placed my order at 10:15pm on a Thursday night via their app, and once placed, it said my order would be delivered in 115-125 minutes. Yeah, not a typo, screenshot included. I called the place and asked if it would really take that long. Christian answered and he was cool, down to earth. He said his system said the same thing, and the reason why was because he only had one driver tonight (kind of odd, but whatever). He didn’t want to promise me anything, but he said it would probably only take 45 minutes.

Well, the delivery driver, Kay, actually showed up at 10:43. So delivery only took 28 minutes, which is way better than the 115-125 minutes that was initially quoted. Happy about that. She was a very nice, sweet woman, very pleasant. She included some extra coupons, a bunch of red pepper and Parmesan cheese, and a Papa Johns magnet.

The pizza itself was good, but not 100% satisfactory. Despite the more expedient delivery than expected, the pizza itself was just above luke warm in temperature, and the crust didn’t seam as though it was fully cooked enough. I had ordered 3 ranch cups and only received 2. I ordered 2 drinks, received both, but they were “cool” at best.

I don’t know. I just wasn’t as pleased with my order as I had hoped, and I may just be done with Papa Johns altogether. Nothing to do with Christian or Kay, they were great, but the overall experience with Papa Johns just isn’t what...

We order a pizza and wings for delivery a few days ago it was 30 minutes before closing. By the time we got our food they had closed. The pizza was burnt to the point we couldn't eat it. The wings were not cooked enough the outside of the fat was flabby and gross and after getting past that the inside was pretty much raw and I checked multiple pieces. We tried calling and no one answered. The next day we tried to call around the time they opened but no answer. After returning home from the hospital it was around 7pm before we could call again. The manager said that we should have called the night we ordered or earlier in the day. He from the start was acting like he didn't care. Not even a apology or any concern at all. We even kept the food just in case they wanted to see for themselves. It was horrible enough to get raw chicken but add a manager being rude and not caring about their screw up. Check your food before the driver leaves especially...

Been loving Papa Johns for a long time and this is the worst experience yet. Ordered online w/o a problem, got the pizza fast but then the delivery driver tried to blackmail me into giving him more tip money before giving me what I had already paid and tipped for. When I refused and told him he had what I would tip and that he was paid to do the job and tips were at my discretion not his he then left with the pizza and said he would just say he couldn't find the place. I then called the store to report him and all they did was offer a refund. Look I don't know the financials of the delivery driver and he doesn't know mine but if the job you are doing doesn't pay you enough find another one don't try to blackmail those you are delivering to for your extra income...... This store seems to have a lot of bad reviews now that I am looking at this. Sad rep from this location from a business I have only ever had good experiences...
