It is interesting to see that one of the reviews was written by the owner (or one of the owners) of this business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM at the appliance store or with the appliance repair! They are crooks and are happy to take your money and run. They act like they are good Christian people so I know there will be some Karma in their future. We are currently in the process of taking them to small claims court. According to records, it looks like a lot of other people have done the same in the past. I'm sure they won't pay the judgement and we'll have to put a lien on their business. Looks like when that has happened in the past, they just change the name of their business, and keep...

Easily the worst "appliance" experience of my life. Bought a fridge from them in March, they promised to replace the doors and fix the ice-dispenser, broke the glass of my oven (while installing fridge), and have not been seen since. I've called them about 20 times and they keep promising to come out (including firm dates) and nothing happens. Could any business in the US succeed like this? They apparently do.

I tried BBB, and they wrote to them but got no reply. I'm now in the process of taking them to small claims court,...

Bait and Switch, absolutely horrible customer service.

I went in and bought a fridge that should have been ready to go - they missed the delivery day by 3 days and when he finally showed up, he gives me a "loaner" fridge and says he'll let me know when the other one's fixed. That was 3 weeks ago without a single returned phone call. Once they get your money, they don't care anymore. Editing after 3 years later because...well...the fridge I bought's been working ever since, albeit...
