Worst place to get your flowers from:/ I was supposed to get flowers delivered to my house from my sister for my birthday. The day of my birthday I went to work but received a call from “Apple Annie's flower shop” and specifically told them to leave them on the porch because I was at work. I got home late that day and there was no flowers. I called the flower shop the day after. I explained how I never received my delivery. She said oh yess and the order to (my houses address) I remember a dozen of roses. I said yes. I explained I never received them. She said then they must have been stolen. I said thats not possible 1)Then she put me on hold on the phone for them to ask the delivery person to explain that he/she had delivered the flowers and that they could have possibly been stolen. I explained that my family was home the day of the delivery and our house has cameras including our neighbors houses have cameras and we saw no one steal the flowers or a delivery truck. I also explained we get packages delivered to our house and are never stolen. 2)Then the person I spoke to on the phone said hold on and said let me speak to the delivery person and I said ok. 3) After I talked to another person on the phone which I am guessing was the delivery person she explained that she remembers the delivery to (she mentioned another houses address/ the wrong address) there being a dog and I told her that she said the wrong address and that we have no dogs loose in our neighborhood and she said ok let me speak to the manager and then finally the lady hopped back on the line and said “Oh I made a mistake im sorry, we will deliver your order today”. I said I just want my sister’s refund back I don’t care for the flowers anymore . Such a disappointment, i've received flowers from this place before and they always got to me and were lovely but this time I was disappointed not only because I didn’t get my flowers but also because of the staffs service. I will say that I am typically not very impressed with flowers that I have ordered from other places in the past. Not only was the recipient very impressed, I was as well. They looked just as they were advertised in the premium picture. The flowers were fresh and high quality. They were arranged perfectly in the vase and they were delivered around noon so they could be enjoyed most of the day rather than being delivered last minute like a lot of my experiences with other places. The one thing I have learned is to always use local, small business florists direct in the area where they are to be delivered. Anytime I have used a big chain or a company that basically takes your money and subs it out to a local florist for half of what was paid I have been disappointed with the result. I will definitely use this company in the future anytime I need flowers delivered...

There are some very nice helpful people there but the owner was extremely rude. Long story short I walked into the building was looking for flowers for my gf. At the time I had never set foot in there before I knew a few people that work there so i decided to check it out But it seems the owner dose not like answering questions she was rude and short with me. I mean rude she had a bad attitude just because I was asking questions about flower arrangements and prices she had the most condensing attitude. I'm usually pretty patient but i hit my limit with her. I don't know how she works in a job that interacts with customers. Honestly I will drive to Waxahachie or use any other flower place than this one. It's pretty telling when other employees make an effort to keep her away...
