I called a few places in Enterprise looking to get the screen on my wife’s 7th gen iPad replaced. I decided to go here and was very impressed with the shop. The people behind the counter were very courteous and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and assured me that her iPad was in good hands. I took it to them on a Thursday afternoon and was told it might be ready on Friday afternoon but no later than Monday. This is awesome because the other places I called had wait times of 1-2 weeks. I received it on Monday around lunch time due to them taking a little extra time to ensure that the screen was set right and fully operational. They did keep me in the loop about the slight amount of extra time which was a plus. If I need anything else I will most definitely return here. Now to the thing most people look for in these reviews is price. Now I’ll say that this place isn’t the cheapest but are nowhere near the most expensive. For the service I received in the timeframe I had along with the staff’s professional behavior I would have paid more. Not trust worthy. Paid them over 1200.00 bucks for custom computer. It NEVER worked correctly. In an out of shop till warranty ran out. Last time in they said mother board was broken. You tell me how did a mother board in a desk top get broken? I tell you it was broken when they built the desk top that is one of the reasons it NEVER WORKED correctly. The just kept me running back an forth taking it to them to fix till the warranty ran out. A few days after i got it back the last time it was messed up again. I tried to get them to repair an they told me warranty was out.... The money i saved up for this custom desk top computer for a long time was gone. They left me with nothing........ VERY Sad...... These young men did an outstanding job on repairing my computer it os an older machine and has 2 1tb hard drives in it. the only thing that they did not yet just like I wanted it but they told me before it started they probably could not save my programs I had installed but they did say that all I had to do is update to that I do have and it woulld reinstall. The only other small complaint that I have is they do not offer any type of discount especially to the military or retired military. With an army post this close, it would make good sense to offer a military discount just my humble opinion. I will be coming back if I need y'all service again thank...
