How incredibly disappointing and disheartening the way staff treat customers. First time went in for a gift and the âsales leadâ was snobby and standoffish. She answered questions with a very vaguely, rudely and in a rushed manner. While I donât like being treated this way as a customer, I decided not make a purchase. However, my brother still bought something for his wife.
Still looking for a thoughtful gift, I made a purchase online later. Sadly, I needed a bigger bracelet. So I went back to the store to try and get a different size bracelet. Same story, same treatment, different sales person.
Staff will treat you like they are superior to you. They will make feel stupid for asking any sort of question. And they will speak to you like you are beneath them. I donât understand this sort of customer service, rather, the lack thereof. Why do staff feel the need to mistreat customers? PAYING CUSTOMERS at that.

One of the staff she was rude because I wanted to buy something from Last Chance. While we were watching the charms and bracelets she was staring at us with a superior look and like we were nothing because we were watching the chepeast ones and when I asked her about Last Chance pandora the way she answered back she was rude. I also asked the price for a heart ring and she told me 50 usd without checking and at the end the total price was 17.25 cause I had points but when I got home I checked in the website and the price for that ring was 27.25 not 50 like she told me before without check. It was the only pandora I bought cause I wanted get out off of there cause her attitude. They should'nt treat customers like that. Every time I asked a question, sheâd look at me like I annoyed her. I donât even know how she became a sales lead. Then, she was ringing me up and kept trying to upsell me on an ugly charm. I said no and she tried to do it again. Why would she think I wanna buy more from her after witnessing her rude attitude? I wish I got literally anyone else to help me. Iâm thinking of returning the charms I bought and getting them at another store so she doesnât get commission off her nasty attitude. She only smiled at me once I left (after purchasing 2 items so obviously she was happy). She didnât even smile at me when I walked in and said hi yet sheâll smile once her sale is made.
