Four years ago when I moved to the area, this BDubs was our secret go-to for lunch/dinner on a budget, or when we were at the South Outlets shopping. It was a good place to sit, chill, and take a break. Food and service had always been consistent and it was an overall good value. We even hung in there during the long period of time last year when the entire front of house weirdly smelled like sewage. Sadly, our last two visits have been less than stellar and I doubt we'll be rushing back.
Our last visit was the most irritating to date. Server was clearly very busy and agitated. Immediately greeted us with an oddly aggressive emphasis on using the self-service options (QR code for menu, QR code to pay). The vibe was very much to the tune of, "I'm very busy" and "No special requests, please." It seemed rather odd because the dining room was not busy and there seemed to be an adequate number of servers. The visit prior to that was dotted with similar issues. Servers seemed flustered. Lots of people running around the dining room doing various tasks other than checking tables. Food came out of sync, appetizer after entrees, with one of the coming after everyone had already finished eating. That one was the weirdest visit of all, as one of the employees' young children was hanging out alone in a booth in the dining area - being simultaneously babysat while their parent was waiting tables.
Employees always seems polite, but the politeness seems forced. Everyone seems generally flustered, frantic and nervous, with table service being treated as somewhat of annoyance. I've overheard employees tell guests more than once that service is "bar-style," which in Vegas is usually code for "the service is going to bad." Hey, I get it... you are a sports-themed establishment that also has a bar. However, you're also located directly in front of an outlet mall in a tourist area, and the place is always full of families with kids. For all intents and purposes, Buffalo Wild Wings is much more like a Chili's than a PT's or Parkway Tavern. I've never seen another Buffalo Wild Wings location have an issue being both a restaurant and a bar simultaneously. In fact, most of them do it quite well... which is one of the reasons we go!
The food quality and overall value remain decent, hence the 3-star rating rather than 1 or 2. If I lived or worked close, this might be a good option for takeout. But from start to finish, when you actually sit down for a meal here... it kinda reeks of poor management and organizational issues. Can't fault the servers for something that they can't control. During COVID, everyone was given a pass for staffing issues. What's the...

Read moreIf I could rate the service with zero stars I would. Let’s start off by how unwelcoming snobby our waitress Jamie was. This women needs a lesson in customer service maybe smiling a bit . We were there for 6 people they put us in a booth that was a little tight , so when the waitress came over to take our drink order we nicely asked if we could move to a bigger table that it was a little tight. After that it was on the Waitress had the worst attitude, she takes our drink order walks away brings back drinks and doesn’t say a word then leaves quickly. She then doesn’t come back for a while but proceeded to take food orders from people that came after us even after we were ready when she brought the drinks. She comes takes our order finally again still with attitude. Finally food starts to come out and I mean by starts they bring 1 persons meal out of 6 while everyone else is still waiting another 10min why bring 1 persons meal out and not everyone’s . All our food is brought out finally and we ask about our carrots and celery . She then tells us you have to tell us you want that with your wings when you order, we don’t put them with your food anymore unless you tell us. Ummm okay well maybe you should ask people if they want them when we order our wings especially if things changed and they usually just automatically come with your food. Mind you we ordered 55 wings . She then says I will get you a side but it will cost you $1.50. Are you serious?!?! You don’t do your job in asking us when we order when they should be Free with our wings now you want to Charge us for your screw up?! She then tells the waiter to drop the carrots and celery and she walks away and doesn’t say a word again. We couldn’t even get a word in to ask if we could get a refil . Get real lady horrible waitress with bad attitude doesn’t like her job or want to be there . Should have walked out when we first moved tables . Food was okay all the wings weren’t even hot at all like they were sitting forever before brought to table. This place was not crowded or busy there is no excuse. Definitely wouldn’t go back to this location lady...
