This is the second time in 5 weeks that I have gone to this location (near my house). Both occasions I went when their hot and ready light was on... Ordered a dozen "hot and ready" doughnuts. No line, get to the window pay (very transactional, no smile, think about interacting with Ben Stein but he doesn't say hello or thank you). They have over the doughnuts... Shut the window and we immediately open the box. **side note the bottom of the box is covered in glaze mess like they had set it on a rack of glaze reminents. Do you think in the, less than two minutes, time it took to order, party And receive our doughnuts that they would be ice cold? Well...they were.
The first time was brushed off and we just took them hone And microwaved them but this second time is annoying. I think it may be amplified by the annoying look and behavior that our cashier "Victoria" had in dealing with people in general.
Advice to Krispy Kreme: -make sure your light is on when it should be -hire cashiers that want to interact with people -make a note to drive thru customers that their doughnuts will be cooled down to icy temperatures if they are in line more than 1 minute. -clean your counter space or at least create a policy where employees don't leave customers orders on disgusting services resulting in a disgusting...
Read moreLook I have worked in Food and Bev before so I empathize with the crew, but that ain’t it. Their signage states they close at 10pm on Saturday 9/20. I understand it’s somewhat rude to enter an establishment 5-10min before closing but I got there at 9:30pm. Was not acknowledged at the Drive Thru at all. I think I remember it’s like AI or something so I’m thinking it’s not working, ok cool. I go inside and everyone is almost done with their closing duties. Chairs are put up, the donut machine is off, the floor has been sprayed down. The FOH girl did not acknowledge me at all while she was making a drink right in front of me until I asked if they were closed. She in a very low tone said they were open and one moment. Right as I’m mentally prepared to leave, she asked me what I would like and I tell her if I could have a dozen original. I kid you not, she points to the donut area and tells me, “These are what we have”. It was maybe 6 donuts of various kinds in total. I was polite and left because clearly they didn’t want my business there. Good and normal experience generally during the day but at night, that was the worst Krispy Kreme staff I’ve ever seen. I would write up every last one of them and instill SOP training immediately. Just lie to me at least and say you’re closed or...
Read moreI had a horrible experience at this location this morning. When I walked in at 7:00 a.m. there was nobody else in the donut shop except for the kid working up front and some other people he was talking to behind the counter. As I stood up front next to the counter for several minutes, the young man working there continued to talk to the others without acknowledging me. The three men he was talking to behind the counter eventually left and he still stood there and did not acknowledge me. As I stood there waiting a few more minutes went by. Believe it or not he still did not acknowledge me and was staring at his phone in deep thought. By this time it seemed like almost 5 minutes or more had gone by and no one still acknowledged me. As I walked out of the shop and got in my car I looked back and he was still looking at his phone and didn't even care that I had left. What a wonderful way to treat customers. Perhaps more disturbing than this experience is the fact that the owner of this establishment hired this person and is relying on him to take care of the customers. I definitely will not be coming back to this Krispy...
