Was going fine until we were leaving the LV Convention Center. We were carrying two large packages together weighing 90 pounds, making it hard to move around. Saw the exit, it was marked exit only, we went out and were greeted by a screaming lady telling us that was the freeman exit area (note this is maybe twenty feet from the street, thirty or forty from our hotel door.) The male Freeman employee next to her sits and watches. She marches over, almost knocking the packages out of our hands ($1200 of sensitive electronics) and demands that we go through the front door, which is quite a detour—and we’ve been using this exit door anyways for our thirty or forty foot walk to our hotel. We refuse, as we’re tired from carrying packages through the whole convention center, and she keeps screaming, now declaring that she’ll take down our booth number and charge us horrendous fees. (with hand motions!) Well, if we get charged, that’s a warning to any of you who are considering using this horrible service. Read more1: First check-in was fast, but the line was too long. I had an appointment at 8:00. But the guy.told me that no appointments were needed. He had been working there for 11 years. (I checked in at around 7:40 for the appointment and got a number 34. I asked one of the guy who has a number 10 at the time, he told me that he arrived there around 4:30 in the morning. He thought about parking on the dirt lot outside, but he saw other guys entering, so he followed and waited in line. Please note that you can wait in line as early as possible, but the check-in office opens at 7:00. ) 2: The unloading was fast. I waited in line from 7:40 to around 14:20.
