5 starts only when between midnight and early morning when the one lady who worked there still when it was circle K. She is by far the best customer service employee at that store. She always has a clean store. She is alert and professional. All other employees of newer ownership are actively on the phone speaking non English through Bluetooth . Hard to understand them and if when they are speaking to you or to whom the phone call is with. Worst of all make sure you are getting the discount that's advertised with the product. Also make sure the count of your items is correct. Every employee besides here has only given advertised sale price when I have asked. Also too many times I have been charged for 3 instead of 2.. or 2 instead of 1. Guessing all other employees may be owners/ family. I have witnessed males employees yearing at female customers. Loud arguments. Employees using profanity.. it has only been 3-4 times but all customers being called slurs and yelled at where women I will say it's a clean store. Well stocked. Soda is 80-90% of time right and not flat. The hot dog / nacho / chili station clean and never empty. Hot food gets thrown out , sold or disappears before it looks disgusting. Hot pizzas to go are cooked right, cut up boxed up 5 mins. Worst customer service of any 7-11 or anywhere I ever been. They look at you with disgust try to beat you out of a few bucks...
Read moreThe guy who is working there today 5/5 at 11:15 AM NEEDS some training on customer service. Every time we go to this location and he’s there there’s problems. Last time my husband went in to buy a slushee the gentleman was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced that we were there. Didn’t give us an opportunity to put in our phone number and when we asked to have it brought up to the screen so we can put in for our points he sighed and rolled his eyes at us cus he had to go back. Then today 5/5 when we went in. He was being EXTREMELY rude and doing some shady/possibly illegal business practices. There was a lady in there who (and I saw the sign too) grabbed some energy drinks right FROM UNDER A SIGN THAT READ 3 for $5. She was in front of me in line and the dude told her it was $10. She pointed out the sign right by him that literally said 3 for $5. Just kept saying no it was ten didn’t matter the sign. He then proceeded to go TAKE DOWN the sign and told lady it didn’t matter and it was $10. My husband told him that by state law since that sign was up he needed to give it to her for that price. He tried to still say no he did not at first until we (and the other customers in the store at the time) all said we would make a report to corporate against him. He then...
Read moreI’ve had a terrible experience the couple times I’ve been here. They make up prices and charge you more than what the tag says, I used a calculator to determine the exact price of what I’m buying with tax and I still got charged $4 dollars more than what it should’ve been. The first time I was there the cashier yelled at me for not having enough money as I told him I would put back the item (I was 13 at the time and I couldn’t get much money) and the last time I was there I got a small slurpee $1.99 and some skittles 3.69 and I got charged $12. I asked the guy why it was that much and he just mumbled something than pointed at the chip reader so I paid because I didn’t know what to do. Imagine scamming kids how sad is that, something...
