Read the update below, I cannot reccomend this place at all. Owner puts on the show of caring but is unresponsive and lacks follow through. Cute little place, friendly service. Love that it uses local ingredients. I expected a great pizza from the reviews here but what I got was a soggy mess. The ingredients were high quality, but the pizza was a disaster. All the toppings slid right off, the dough was soggy to the point it just fell apart. Had to eat it with a fork... and keep in kind I ordered this EXTRA CRISPY. It wasn't crispy at all, but somehow it WAS burnt (to the point that is agreeable). And all of this is considering this 8 inch pizza cost 21 dollars! It wasn't even worth 10. Very disappointing. Update: was promised a refund if I sent an email. I sent an email and waited over a week with no response. Happened to be hiking nearby today and came by the store to ask on my way home. The woman at the counter was friendly but the gentleman she said would be able to help had an attitude and was defensive for no reason. He asked if I was "the guy who ordered late at night and picked up the next morning" which I was certainly not, then asked if I had ordered a Buckley or some other type and explained it always does that. Clearly trying to make it out like it was my fault somehow. Sorry for expecting a 20 dollar 8 inch pizza to not fall apart as soon as it's picked up - this is something that never happens at even cheap pizza chains. If you have an item that "always is like that" maybe fix your recipe. If it can't be eaten like a regular pizza without falling apart - that isn't the paying customers fault. Not worth the money or attitude, plenty of other local places that you don't have to deal with this at.

A really clean pizza. Most places put too much salt in their dough... This was good. I'm fact there was a bunch of Italian touristas (in cowboy hats of all things! ) and they horfed their pie down like my cat tossing a hairball but in reverse!.... That's some happy horfing! I'm sated. And I don't think I'll be inflamed tomorrow... I'm not good with salt... My left kidney had an encounter with a piece of steel moving superfookingfast about 35 years ago... So too salty is a bad thing... This... Is not too salty.... So unless you're a deer looking for a salt lick... I think yer gonna be happy as a hoochiemama at a GOP convention. Ok... On thing... I like my pizza charred like someone called in napalm strike on the kitchen.... And... So next time I'm here I'm gonna make sure it's a crispy critter... You might want to think about that too... Pork .. napalm... The happy things. Bring your JTAC... Fire it up!!!! Chow it down!!!!

Im on a specific low carb diet so I haven't had pizza in about a year and a half. Called Cascadia in Enumclaw for lunch to see if they had any low carb options. Danny Sabris (sp?) patiently worked with me over the phone to get an order together to meet my needs. When I picked up my order I was greeted by two guys, I assume Danny was one of them. After chatting with them while they finished up my order (I arrived early) I opened my pizza box and was greeted by a hot, beautiful bacon chicken pizza on a cauliflower crust in a garlic butter sauce. This wasnt good for a low carb pizza, it phenomenal for pizza period. After gorging on about half of it I made my way to an order of their in house spiced wings tossed perfectly in buffalo sauce. Again perfect. Highly recommend this place and want to thank the guys there for making my lunch an awesome experience. You guys are killing it.

The rating is not related at all to the quality of the pizza because we have yet to try it. It is just to get your attention if you are planning on visiting the food truck in Snoqualmie across from No Boat Brewing.

Be informed that the food truck closes at 7pm, not 8pm as advertised on No Boat's Events Schedule (Cascadia's food truck schedule on their website has no times posted, so we had to rely on NB's schedule). We were there at 7:05pm (8/6/2020) and were very disappointed that they were already closing up. Have heard great things about their pizza.

We will make sure to get there well before 7pm the next time!

Update (8/20/20); Rating changed from 2 stars to 5 stars *

Can't seem to add a new review, so editing previous one.

So glad we came back to try the pizza. We were not disappointed. In fact, we were delighted that the quality of the pizza was on par with the hype.

Cascadia's pizza took us to a happy place, a little slice of heaven, if you will. We had the Margherita and the Russell (came recommended). The crust was toasted close to perfection and had that doughy crunch. Flavor profile was superb, especially that of the Russell. The thin-sliced pizza was sized just right and the texture held great even after 10 minutes of transport back to the house (next time, we'll eat it straight away).

I was impressed that one of the employees recognized me from my previous visit - he graciously covered one of our pizzas because we had arrived just after they had shut down the oven (see older review above). Extra points for delighting the customer! I feel I was made whole and then some.

Well, Cascadia has won me over, and I'll certainly be back. Wish their food truck came every week. Will be a long wait ....... but will...

My fiancée and I have cancelled our wedding that was planned for August due to the unknown time frame of the pandemic in the US. We had never signed their contract that explained we can only receive 50% of our deposit back. Even though the date is more than 120 days away Cascadia Pizza has refused to refund us the full amount of our deposit due to them standing by their contract.

I am sure they have a great tasting pizza and service as they have a lot of great reviews. It was just disappointing to experience this as every other service we had booked such as the venue and party rental offered us complete refunds and they have very similar policies and contracts in place that we actually signed.

I am also disappointed because we decided to pay the full amount of the full invoice because we had saved up for this wedding with no help from either of our families and wanted to pay for things in advance while we had funds available and they only actually required 50% of the invoice to secure a date. They did not do any work other than run our card for a date and it feels like a bad business practice on their end. I do want to say though they are more than willing to let us use the funds towards rescheduling towards another date but we are not planning anything at all until this pandemic has officially ended.

I’m sure others will have and have had amazing experiences with this company but I would not recommend them to anyone after seeing how they operate during a pandemic that is bringing out the best in people, communities,...
