Cardinal Camera — Local services in Ephrata

Just drove 30 minutes to Ephrata Cardinal Camera to pick up a Sigma 56mm lens I saw on the website. Upon arrival I was greeted like was a bother and the salesman said he never heard of the lens???? Then he has heard of it but they do not have it so I should try Lansdale. Not that he would call and check for me. ..just try Lansdale. Then when I asked to see other sony lenses, he showed me boxes and gave me no information . So I just got the hint and left. Sad I was really excited to have a real camera store nearby,but I guess not. Amazon will just continue to get my money. I was planning to buy the Sigma 56mm a full lighting set and some accessories.....1k plus worth of stuff today. But I refuse to spend where I am...

Excellent local camera shop. The type of places we need in the world because the huge retailers can never care as much as they do. I bought a Canon R7 and they didn’t have the 0.71x adaptor in stock but they ordered it and had it in under 24 hours.

I overheard one of their courses while standing there and the owner displayed excellent and thorough knowledge and awareness of products and photography in general. Whole-hearted...

This is my first time writing a review. I had a very unpleasant experience. I contacted them at 9 AM to cancel an online order and was promised a cancellation (quite reluctant and impatient), yet the package was still shipped at 5 PM.
