Horrible customer service. The fat grey beard and glasses attendant behind the counter didn't greet us. He just stood there and waited for us to start talking. He turned his hands out like, "What do you want?". He signaled with both hands to go to the other side of the building to get in line for cyber bowling when I asked about it. I thought there was a separate line on the other side of the building. Not so. Then he incorrectly told us to get to the end of the line. You don't tell the person about 3rd in line of 6 to get at the end of the line. He didn't even let me give him the sizes of my kids and husband's shoes and my husband was clearly standing right next to me. He just cut me off and said, "TEN DOLLARS! " So rude. I'm from out of town and wasn't familiar with what to do and he was snotty, rude and short with us. Hey if you don't like your job, get a different one. Here's how it should've went down. "Hi how ya doing? How many playing tonight? Ok 4? That'll be $40. WHAT size shoes do you need? Ok you're in lane 15. Thank you". Is that too hard? ...
Read moreWent cyber bowling last Saturday and had a pretty good time for most of the game. Didnât have a problem until about 15 minutes before we left. Me and my two friends brought in a drink that wasnât from their establishment. We were sitting waiting to be picked up after about two hours of being there. One of the employees came over and told us that it was illegal and could be charged $500 but didnât specify what it was for. My friend immediately apologized and threw away the drink. He said that the cops wonât see it as innocent and aggressively threatened to call the cops on us. There is also a sign on the door that says that masks are required for COVID but we were probably the only people wearing masks except for a couple of other people. Just an overall bad experience for something that was meant to be a good time. I love going bowling and love going here because it is the only place in town for it but this experience really just put a bad taste in my...
Read moreMy friends and I went cyberbowling last Saturday. As we were walking in, there was a sign on the door saying that masks are required and how it is the law. But looking at the people, no one had a mask on. Not even having them below their nose or mouth, or even the masks dangling from their ear. And from my experiences with Covid-19, I am sure no one wants to catch the virus. So it is definitely not a safe place for Covid reasons. We were also aggressively threatened for having a drink that was not established by them. They said they could have their liquor license taken from that, implying that we could possibly have alchohol it the drink. But, we are young teens that had an adult with us. The employee said they could have the cops come here and that we could possibly be fined for $500. So overall bad customer service and not safe. Would...
