Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Escanaba

This is my local little caesars, and it's not very often.I go there anymore. I just happen to be with someone getting a haircut next door and thought.I'll give it another chance. The store is not very well lit did not look like it was opened at all. It was rather dirty looking inside. I ordered my pizza. The young man did not make eye contact and was very rude. I had asked to add 3 free extra sauces to my order. And he acts like it was a chore As he took a deep breath And sighed. He did question why I wanted three sauces and made a point to tell me I had to pay extra for them, which I already knew. Technically, my answer should have been. Your pizza is so overcooked and dry.I need sauce to dunk it into just to make it taste better. So I thought they would give it another chance and I decided I will not be returning. They have not changed. My pizza was way overcooked. Looked like it had been sitting there for hours. It was so dry, it was horrible. I was glad I got The extra sauces the pizza was dry. We ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 Leiter of Mountain dew over the phone for a pick up order. When I called to place the order the lady on the phone sounded disgusted that I was even making an order. You could hear her sigh into the phone after she asked me if "I want anything else ugh"... When my husband went to pick up our order, no one greeted him. When he walked up, with a big sigh, the lady looked at him and said "we ain't gonna have anything for the next 12 minutes". He told her he was there for a pick up order....what a way to greet someone! Then when he was signing for it, he didn't have his glasses so he couldn't see where to sign the slip. He asked her if he just signs anywhere, and she told him that she can't see what he sees??? What the heck! I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from here. The pizzas were way to salty! Just thrown together! They need to learn customer services...

Escanaba used to be one of the best Little Caesars I’ve been to, and lately, for about 1-2 years it’s been horrible. There is literally no sauce on the pizzas and they skimp on everything else also. I was so happy to find they were a good franchise when I moved here in 2018 and have been great up until the past couple years. Not sure that I’ll be coming back here. I think I’ll just stick to Oven King or going to Gladstone for Main Street, if they continue to make their pizzas and breadsticks properly! Not sure what has happened lately. $30 of food, and no sauce on pizzas and barely any toppings from what pictures show! And these pizzas are no longer cheap! I can go to Domino’s or Pizza Hut for better pizza for less and get...
