Normally 5 star, being short staff is okay and sometimes out of your hands. However, ignoring the people in line. Stood there behind a family for 15 minutes before acknowledged, which you could clearly see he was busy and managing so excused that a tad as only 2 people working however no hi no I'm so sorry no I'll be with you in ...... minutes. When he finally did say something it was " I just got a large Togo order and I will not be able to help you for a while" family in front asked for how Long he said 15 minutes we both asked ontop of the 15 we already stood here. Yes without a smile or apology, family in front of me left very upset they had a place to be the kids were visibly upset. I was with my son who had been craving your pizza so we stayed and it was about 11 minutes before being addressed, the girl who assisted us was very nice but frazzled I did not get the rest of my calzone meal just the calzone. The entire time they talked to each other never addressed the situation with the customer. Absolutely could have been a better experience. I'm sorry we just got slammed here have a drink while you wait. Or even when you first get in line just to let you know there will be a 10 to 15 minute order. Read moreUnfortunately they were extremely slow and had us waiting in line for over 45 minutes with 3 people total in the line then when it came to order they were slow at that and were stopping our order 3 times to take care of delivery orders first and the physical in person customers last. Idk I might be totally wrong but I would think if I was a business person I'd want to take care of the customer In person first because they showed more dedication to the establishment by driving there and sitting there to enjoy. When we live in a world where everyone gets taken out. I'd want my customers to feel special that took the time to come and visit. Again I may be wrong but I would think customers would appreciate that. Anyways they put the pizzas in the oven and then we sit and wait. When it comes time to give us the pizzas they say they lost our pizza and gave it to someone else. It has now been a combined 1.5 hours... We end up getting our money back with no receipt. So we had to keep an eye out on our bank account to make sure we weren't charged. All together it was a terrible experience and truly saddens me because I only want the best for all of us & to live In...
