Board & Brew - Escondido — Restaurant in Escondido

Went in for a pick up order on 5/13 around 1:40pm. Was completely ignored for 3-4 minutes. Just stood there while the guy kept bringing out food, looked at me, called someone else’s name. I was in the pickup line too, right at the counter. The guy proceeded to go back talk to a girl in the kitchen, walked to the front. Went back in the kitchen while ignoring me. I just stood there.. they weren’t busy. Girl and Guy proceeded to have a conversation in the front without asking me what i was there for. I had to interrupt them in order to get my food. Terrible. I like Board and Brew and have had a good experience with other locations, but this location just isn't very good at what they do. I have ordered online from them a few times and they mess up my order every single time. In one case, they left a $12 sandwich out of an Uber Eats order and when I called them, they offered to give me a $10 gift card in lieu of a refund. I had to insist on a refund to get the full value of the missing sandwich back. The latest one happened yesterday, when they only included two bags of chips in my order instead of the three I had paid for. Mistakes happen, but they shouldn't happen nearly...

First off, we love Boards and Brew. Beer and sandwiches is a win/win for us. We live up here in Escondido so we use to drive down to Del Sur or Mira Mesa to get our fix on, and those locations are great. But this location, well it’s close to us, but I’d rather drive to Mira Mesa. The lady waitress that was helping was just rude and mean to me and girl. Throwing our drinks on the table and just didn’t want to help us in general. First we thought she might be having a bad day, but I observed that she was super nice and smiles to everyone else.
