Simon's Supermarket — Local services in Euclid

It is nice to have a supermarket near by my house and I'm sure it is especially appreciated by the folks who live within a mile of Simon's on Euclid Avenue in the apartment buildings who may have limited access to a car. While I can never find 2 liters of diet Coke or diet Dr. Pepper, I guess the majority of shoppers don't drink diet so Simon's doesn't carry it, which is a bummer, as I especially like popping in to this grocer when I just need a few things such as for an impromptu cookout when all you need are some hamburger buns, some chips, a few fresh veggies to toss on the grill... and a 2 liter of diet Coke. But oh well.

Their meat department is excellent and during the seasons you can grill or smoke meats, I go to Simon's for a lot of my buys as their butchers do a good variety and styles of cuts that you just don'tsee at a big chain supermarkets. Good cuts of beef, chicken, and fish at a very competitive price.

All in all, Simon's is an asset to the neighborhood and I am glad...

I stopped in Simon's. I said to whoever was in charge that the floor was real wet and someone can fall he looked at me like he was crazy. Never wiped the floor at the entrance and one other important thing there ice cream cooler is not good when you buy ice cream it has melted and when it refreeze the ice crean has formed ice over it and does no longer have the creamy consistency on Christmas it was like that I picked up some today it was really bad and I buy Ben&Jerry and I got Ruggles which was like a hard icycle i I wasn't returning it I just took a lost because I will never step back in there. I lost respect when he didn't have some one make sure the floor was wiped up from beening tracked in from wet boots December 28th 2017...

I've supported simons every morning after dropping my daughter off at school. Today, while searching for chicken, I saw a 16 piece for a little under 9 dollars. I chose this because i knew i could mathematically give my family 4 pieces with dinner. When i prepped my dinner i noticed there were only 11 pieces;which wouldn't have been a problem if i hadn't thought i was purchasing 16. I Went back to the store only to be told I'm being charged per pound not by piece. I replied i would understand that if the product was labeled as such. In conclusion,after being talked to as if my dollar doesn't matter and I'm incapable of understanding elementary math, I will no longer patronize...
