We show up with a previously discussed date and time with a Power Engineer. Neither one was on the office when we arrived not did any of the three ladies up front know anything about our proposal of more power to my home. It was well over 45 mins of what should have been an easy in and out 10 mins max. After several phone calls and a few calls on two different Engineer's radios, we finally got setting going. Of course the lady behind the window who had to give us the negitive information of neither Engineer being in the office even after we previously discussed a date and time for the paperwork to be signed, apologized for the "confusion". There wouldn't have been if they truly cared about there customers. I feel that they think that they shouldn't have to "try" and give their customers the best service bc they are the ONLY service for certain people in certain locations. Hence this post.
