I use to really like this dispensary. I'd usually come in 2-3 times a week and get some flower or joints. Always thought this dispensary was friendly and treated their costumers with respect. Today I experienced just the opposite. Today my friend and I stopped at this dispo to get a couple joints. On our way in we ran into some old friends who were on there way out. We talked to the workers about the coincidence and we all had a good laugh. After we were done getting our joints we said hi to our friends for a few minutes in the parking lot, just to be shouted at through the fence by a worker smoking, who yelled things at us like " you need to leave the premises " and " we have you on camera". Mind you it was an empty parking lot at 9 pm, we were only there a few minutes, and we were taking about plans to only making plan to hangout. Maybe 1 or 2 cuss words slipped but we were talking about nothing inappropriate, and if we were being too loud they could have politely just came out and told us instead of yelling at us. We were just talking to all the workers so there was NO reason to treat with disrespect. I am blown away this is how we were costumers were treated moments after giving our business. As someone who works customer service, I would never treat any of my costumers like that. I thought this company would care but after calling them after this situation and talking to a " lead" they didnt seem to care and I wasnt given an apology. I am outraged. This company needs to learn COSTUMER SERVICE! There's so many dispensaries who treat there costumers right and I'll be sure to tell everyone not to come to this one. Ha the owners response is a joke. We weren't doing anything wrong. Weren't smoking but vaping in a car away from customers in there empty parking lot. Read moreFlower: It is lacking here because it's all per jarred. This leads to over drying of the Bud. Reminder: dried cannabis keeps for 6 months to 1 year. Over time, it begins to lose its aroma and potency. According to some older research, weed loses roughly 16 percent of its THC after 1 year, and it just keeps dropping from there. So buying weed that is older and or dryer your being technically robbed out of your money. Dabs: Typical for any shop but there are def places that sell the same product for cheaper, even if it's only 3 to 7 bucks cheaper. This will also go for the Cartridge's they sell. Discount days: Are lacking simply put compared to other shops locally. Service: The many times I have gone to get a good feel for the place I have found they lack in knowledge and do not seem to smoke much of their product... I wonder why? Final note: They let slip a few times that the weed I was about to buy was around 7 or so months old. I bought 28 individual strains of flower and had my friend do the same so we could see what the shop had to offer in one swoop as far as flower went and we were disappointed. So out of the 56 grams we bought of as many of the strains they had at that time... 10 of them were fresh and 3 of them seemingly had mold and we did not smoke them ones. Read moreHave been in this location a few times. Only reason why I've gone here is because my normal dispensary was out of my preferred product. I have had nothing but problems from certain employees. This time was the icing on the cake. I pulled up and as I was getting out of my car a young gentleman was coming out of the store and he stopped and asked my partner and I a question. He was from out of state and was not familiar with Eugene nor with how dispensaries work. So he was asking me a few general questions. And then all the sudden one of the employees came rushing out of the front door, Looked at me and my partner right in the face and said, I hope you're not buying weed for this person because y'all are on camera! She was extremely rude, especially just barging out of the store automatically assuming that I was going to purchase marijuana for this person. Then I proceeded to go into the store, was at the ATM and while I was at the ATM my partner and I overheard the same employee in the back talk smack about the young gentleman as well as his mother about how dare a black mother try to come in and buy weed for her black son. And to just be clear, the mother never went into the store. She actually sat in her vehicle the whole time while her son was in there .It disgusted me and my partner to the core.
